This podcast is awesome! I read My Policeman, cried my eyes out, searched My Policeman on the podcasts app, and found this podcast. After all that, I can confidently say that I do not regret my decision of giving this podcast a listen. (Or reading My Policeman, despite all the tears…) I love the Nimona episode as well! Overall I recommend this! 🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈

I love this podcast! However the only thing that bothers me is that in the 7th episode they use the word “succubus” throughout the episode. I don’t know how accurate this word is in this situation as from what I can gauge from the episode the spirit is a woman, but the word succubus means “to lay under,” it is usually associated with a female from, but it’s more of a bottom. Also both Succubi and Incubi, to lay above, consume sexual energy not people.

Yeah it’s simple. Had my teeth deep this podcast since the beginning. Relisten to every episode. Also I’m trans and queer. Message approved

This podcast is not only super gay and super entertaining but it has really good analysis and film criticism. I even found podcasts for movies I hadn’t watched entertaining.

This show is wonderful. Jazza and Rowan are so both thoughtful and genuinely funny in their commentary on the films, and the structure of the show is perfectly executed. As a queer teen it’s so hard to find good LGBTQ+ media and this podcast really makes it easy (and fun) to do so. Wonderful!!!!

The sound quality is dreadful on this podcast. The woman is clearly sitting much closer to the mic than the man is, which is unfortunate because she talks much louder. She also talks over him constantly. I’ve tried listening to a few different episodes, but never made it all the way through without getting a headache. Such a shame, because they’re both really funny

These two are not only hilarious & fun & honest, but they also just really know what they’re talking about. They lay out plot structures and analyze writing in ways that are simultaneously informative and engrossing and I feel like I’m learning in the most entertaining ways by listening to these. They just express very original, concise, important, cheeky thoughts and I bloody love it. Check it out, it’s so fun and GOOD!!! 😄✌🏼❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

This is my new favorite podcast! I’ve been looking for more queer podcasts. As a queer movie nerd this podcast ticks off all the boxes. Definately subscribing.

I like listening to movie review podcasts, and this has been one of my favorites by far. The quality is great, the hosts have great discussions and banter, and I feel like I am learning a lot about different perspectives on queer movies.

A great new podcast really excited to see where you take it but obviously off to a exciting start! Rowan is brilliant and thoughtful and seriously digs into research on topics and as a knack for media analysis. Than you can’t wait for more!!!

I LOVE your new podcast Rowan and Jazza! I appreciated your take on Moonlight and thoroughly enjoyed how you totally made it seem like you two were made to do this podcast together. Having said that, would you all be interested in having guest reviewers? I’ve recently read how there are so few “movie critics” of color, that maybe you could periodically have guest reviewers? Just a gentle suggestion 😊. Keep up the excellent work!
